The Boats

I have owned and operated the Fairwater II for 8 years.  The Boll Weevil has been in my family since we had it built in 1980, I grew up on this boat first deckhanding on it with my dad, putting myself through school.  I worked the deck, and as Captain when I got my license back in 1993.  We lost my dad from a battle with cancer last year he owned and operated the Boll Weevil for 27 great years.  I have since taken over the boat following in his footsteps and keeping up the family tradition of fishing.

I have a great crew on both boats and we are looking forward to taking you and your group fishing for the day.

The Boll Weevil was custom built for my dad back in 1980, this year was the Boll Weevils 27th fishing season.  A proven fish catching machine the Boll Weevil is 38 feet long, solid fiberglass hull, and very heavy and over built, it takes seas very well.  Inside it is fully airconditioned, has a clean bathroom, 4 bunks, and plenty of seating.
